Terms of Use for QuickToon

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of QuickToon ("we," "our," or "us"), including our mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

QuickToon allows you to upload your photos and apply artistic effects and transformations. Once processing is complete, you can view and save the resulting image to your device.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the App are available for free. However, full access to all features requires an active subscription.

• A subscription grants access to unlimited image processing and premium effects for the duration of the subscription period.
• Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the pricing displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through the platform you purchased the subscription from (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the respective store. Refunds are subject to the policies of that store.

4. Image Upload and Processing

When you upload a photo to the App:

• It is used solely to generate the requested effect and is deleted after processing.
• You retain all rights to your uploaded content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including the software, design, and branding, are owned by QuickToon or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or other intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickToon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
